Simplifying the Path to Well-being…

My practice is all about you—your needs, your journey, your growth. Together, we’ll navigate through any feelings of anxiety, depression, or stress, and tackle issues like self-esteem and life transitions.  Using a blend of therapeutic techniques, I’m here to guide you towards self-awareness, emotional balance, and a more fulfilling life.

I am your grief counselor at Tender Hearts Counseling. I provide compassionate support to individuals coping with loss, helping you process your emotions and find hope in the healing journey. I work closely with you to navigate the complexities of grief and develop resilience during difficult times.

In our sessions, my top priority is to create a supportive space where you can comfortably express yourself openly. By adopting a non-directive approach, I encourage you to explore your thoughts and emotions freely, without any fear of judgment. Instead of giving you advice, my role is to empower you to gain clarity and make intentional choices that are in line with your goals and values. Focused on empathy and understanding, I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, valued, and supported on your journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.

My experience includes…

a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and I have specialized training in Grief Counseling.

I am a licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland.

In my clinical experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and their families, providing support and guidance as they navigated various challenges and transitions. As someone who comes from a different cultural background, I bring a deep understanding of multicultural issues to my counseling practice. This background informs my approach to multicultural counseling, allowing me to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me on the golf course or at the driving range. Golf is a passion of mine, not just for the sport itself, but also for the social connections it brings and the enjoyment of nature it offers.

I love spending time with my children and attending their sporting events. I enjoy reading, working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
