Our process and approach

Our counseling journey starts with individual intake sessions with our couples counselor, Aubrey. These initial meetings allow each partner to share their feelings and perspectives in a private setting. Understanding each person’s background and approach to the relationship is crucial for effective joint sessions later.

In the third session, we bring both partners together. This session integrates the insights gained from the individual sessions, facilitating open, empathetic communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Our methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, are tailored to address the unique dynamics of your relationship. We focus on practical, real-world strategies to improve your daily interactions and long-term relationship health.
