Are you feeling stuck? Wondering how to dig yourself out of this place?
Lately, it feels like your life is trying to eat you up and swallow you whole.
Every day is some new battle.
Just showing up to work is hard, let alone trying to excel. Even though you spend every bit of energy you can muster trying to perform, you still didn’t get offered that promotion you wanted.
It feels like you just can’t catch a break.
Your relationships are suffering, too. You know your partner just wants to help, so why did you snap at them last week?
It’s like you’ve completely lost control over your own emotions. Someone else has hopped in the driver’s seat, and they’re running the show.
It’s possible you don’t know what’s wrong.
You can’t actually pinpoint the problem.
You almost wish you had some big struggle going on in your life. That would make it easier to know what you need to work through.
But life just feels flat-out overwhelming.
It’s tough to put your finger on what triggered this downward spiral. All you know is that somewhere along the way, things changed.
You don’t feel like yourself anymore.
It’s like you’re trapped under a wave, unable to come up for air.
You’ve tried to push through this dark place for a while.
Family and friends try to comfort you. But it feels like no matter what they say, nothing helps you feel better or gain control over your life.
You desperately want to feel confident in managing your day-to-day problems without feeling like you’ve been knocked off your feet.
You’re not alone.
So many people try to wrestle their way through life on their own before they’re equipped with the proper tools.
