I am your Child and Family Therapist…
I work with children, families, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges and transitions. Whether you’re a parent concerned about your child’s behavior or emotions, a couple looking to strengthen your relationship, or an individual working through anxiety, stress, or identity shifts, I’m here to help.
My experience includes supporting children through anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and the developmental life cycle. I also work closely with parents who want to better understand and support their children, especially when parenting feels overwhelming or uncertain.
My approach…
As a family systems therapist, I focus on the bigger picture and understanding how relationships and environments shape our emotional world. I meet people where they are and emphasize progress over perfection. Sessions are collaborative, creative, and tailored to your unique needs.
With children, I often use art and play-based techniques that help them express feelings in safe, age appropriate ways. With adults and couples, I help explore patterns, build connection, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.
I support clients of all ages in feeling seen, supported, and empowered. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating adoption, facing parenting stress, or just need someone in your corner, I’d be honored to work with you.

My education and experience includes…
a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rider University and a Master’s in Individual, Marital, and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University
I also have a Post Graduate Certificate in Military Veterans Behavioral Health and a Certificate in Family Systems
I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in the state of Maryland and have worked in a number of private practice settings.
I’ve previously worked for federal and state agencies focusing on child welfare, child traumatic stress, and improving outcomes for children and families. I bring a trauma informed, compassionate lens to everything I do.
