About Madison Fagan, LMSW

I am your Child, Teen, and Family Therapist…

I support children and teens in building confidence, managing anxiety, and navigating ADHD, behavioral needs, trauma, and neurodivergence. I also work with teens balancing academics, athletics, and high expectations. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow, while helping parents feel confident in guiding their child’s development.

My approach…

Working with children, teens, and families is my passion. My experience supporting families through challenges, transitions, and life stressors has shaped an approach that is warm and responsive to each child or teen’s developmental needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage anxiety and develop healthier ways of thinking about themselves and the world around them. I also support emotional regulation, behavioral growth, and use play therapy techniques to help younger children communicate and process experiences in ways that feel natural and engaging. Parent involvement is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I value helping caregivers feel supported, informed, and connected as their child makes progress. For teens, I provide a nonjudgmental environment where they can build confidence, process emotions, and thrive.
